If you had an account with the old website, you should have received an email from CM asking you to reset your password. Please check your junk and/or spam folders. Initially, there were some issues with resetting, but it appears to be resolved now. I reset my password just a little bit ago & had no troubles.
When you reset your password, please ensure that you are Shopping With Beth G in the upper right corner of your webpage. When you click on Shopping With Beth G, you should see the following pop-up:
The "Shopping with Beth G" link is the same; it has not changed. My original creativememories.com/user/bethgraves is redirected to the one you see listed in the pop-up box (CM does all of that for us).
